Saite AST9000 Integrated Test System for Off-Board EV Chargers
The Saite AST9000 is a highly integrated test system designed for off-board electric vehicle chargers, with a primary focus on debugging and functional validation of DC charging pile products. Developed in compliance with the Chinese national standard protocols GB/T 27930-2015 and NB/T33008.1-2018, the European standard IEC61851-1, and the American standard SAE J1772-2017, it is well-suited for off-board charger manufacturers and widely applicable in charging facility production, power sectors, and metrology institutions for preliminary development, debugging, and factory testing of DC charging piles. The complete test system includes the AST9000 main unit, programmable resistive load, programmable AC source, and configuration software.

Key Features
  • Built-in battery voltage simulator with adjustable DC output (0–1100V), allowing user-defined settings to simulate the startup voltage of charging piles.

  • Equipped with vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function, enabling emulation of BMS-to-charger communication, including handshake, parameter configuration, charging stages, and end-of-charge messages.

  • Integrates electric vehicle charging simulation circuit with insulation fault simulation function for insulation performance monitoring.

  • Combines charging interface simulator, battery voltage simulator, BMS communication simulator, CAN bus message acquisition module, and embedded controller to fully replicate the EV charging loop. Allows direct plug-in testing without complex multi-device connections.

  • Supports data acquisition via power analyzer and other instruments for precise test recording. User-friendly PC software provides message analysis and export functions, aiding in operational status evaluation and fault diagnosis.

  • System software enables centralized control and automated testing, with support for test report generation and data logging upon completion.
